Dreaming our Rooms to Life

Today, visualization is one of the most powerful tools in our daily lives. The notion that if we picture our goals materializing, and truly see ourselves in the action, that we will highly increase our chances of those dreams coming true.

Therefore, just as a vision board brings our career and personal aspirations to life, capturing the design technique of gallery style art on our favorite room walls, is something truly inspiring! Gallery art is when you combine a collection of photos or items in a grouping onto the wall to create visual interest and a dynamic focal point in your room.So what if we took the concept of vision boarding and used a collection of selected and motivational framed pictures, aspirational collages, meaningful portraits, art pieces, etc. to not only take our vision board to the next level, but to offer an intimate, personal design in our room of choice that surrounds us each day? It serves as a constant reminder of our dreams and aspirations and how we sketched that vision into the design of our best room to immediately put it into action.

By placing this wall in your office, bedroom, or favorite living space, it is a room of action and reflection, and this wall is serving as the focus of your design and your mind. It helps to push forward the vision you are trying to achieve in a fresh new way.

There is no right or wrong way to put a gallery wall together. Just choose items you are drawn to and place them in a way that feels right. Similar to vision boarding, you will be surprised at how the messaging falls into place and helps you to form your innermost desires for your life. Our only words of wisdom – lay all of the pictures and items on the floor first to determine proper placement before committing them to the wall!
